GP Out of Hours.

If you need urgent attention or advice please telephone 01905 678500 and an answer phone message will give you the number of the GP Out of Hours Emergency Service.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

999

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

NHS 111.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.

You will speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Enhanced Access appointments.

For evenings and weekends.

In addition to our normal opening hours and our extended surgery opening times, patients can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire.

GP practices are working together to provide Enhanced Access appointments to our patients. This means that your Enhanced Access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments may be by telephone only.

These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an Enhanced Access appointment and our receptionists will be able to help you.

Accessibility.

All medical facilities are fully accessible for disabled patients. The building is completely step-free, making it fully accessible for wheelchair or mobility scooter users. There is an induction loop available for those who are hearing impaired. There is also disabled car parking space close to the entrance to the building.

We’re also happy to let you know that we have a room dedicated for breastfeeding mothers who bring their child/children to the Practice, to give you total privacy while feeding your little ones.
