Patient Information Leaflets & Fees

CQC

CQC has issued an inspection report in respect of Elbury Moor Medical Centre following a structured telephone call on 8th May 2019 and a site visit on 17th October 2019.

Services are considered to be Safe, Caring and Responsive, and the rating is 'Good' in these areas.  The inspection report says that improvements are needed to ensure that services are effective and to ensure that services are well-led. The report states "The Practice has already identified and taken steps to address many of the issues raised during our inspection but as actions have been recent they were unable to demonstrate the impact or effectiveness".

The inspection report refers to 2017/18 data and to issues outside the Medical Centre's direct control.
