Patient Participation Group

Elbury Moor Medical Centre wants to know what its patients - that means YOU! - think about the quality of services it provides.  That's why it set up the Patient Forum so that patients have a chance to tell us which of our services serve patients well or which could be improved.  For example, we discuss improving the appointment system or how to meet the needs of particular groups like young people.  The Patient Forum is a friendly and relaxed group which meets about 3 - 4 times a year.

If you would like to make a contribution in this way, please contact Jo Walker (Practice Manager). You may join us for a trial period.  We look forward to seeing you.
