Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.
Use the quick NHS coronavirus status checker to tell us about your current experience of the virus.
This will help the NHS plan its response to coronavirus by showing where the virus is spreading and how it affects people.

There is an administration charge of £40.00 per person for processing travel forms and to cover the increased cost of storing vaccines. Please ask a member of Reception staff for a Travel Pack and, once completed, return the forms together with the fee. We will then offer you an appointment with our Practice Nurse. There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below:-
Before your travel appointment you must complete a 'Travel Risk Assessment Form' (available from Reception) and return it to the Surgery a week before your appointment. This will enable the Practice Nurse to check your vaccination status and arrange to have any vaccinations you need ready for your appointment.
It is important to make your appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks before you travel. If you are travelling to more than one country then you must plan for your first appointment to be at least 6 weeks before you travel. If your travel plans are complex, you may need more than one appointment. The travel clinic is private ie not part of the NHS, the consultation is free but some vaccinations are chargeable (please see Travel Risk Assessment Form). We reserve the right to refuse appointments if we have limited availability as NHS work must take priority.
Most test results, (including blood and urine), take between 5 to 7 working days to come back to the Practice from the hospital laboratory.
Some x-ray results take between 2 to 3 weeks to be processed.
Please telephone 01905 723441 (using option 3) between 12.00 pm and 4.00pm - to check if your results are back.
The receptionist will only give you your result after the Doctor has seen it. Sometimes the Doctor will suggest that you make an appointment to be given the result or that they need to speak to you directly. The receptionist will advise you if this is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE : for reasons of confidentiality, results can only be given to the patient themselves or their legal carer.

Social Prescribing Service
Worcester city GP Practices have been supported by the Clinical Commissioning Group and the County Council with a Social Prescribing Service for patients registered to one of the 10 Worcester City Practices.
Social prescribing is a way of connecting health and social care users to sources of support, information and advice to improve their well-being, tackle social isolation and prevent illness.
What is Social Prescribing?
Social prescribing is designed to support people with a wide range of social, emotional or practical needs. It is a way of enabling GP's, health and social care professionals, the voluntary sector and other partners such as pharmacies to refer people to a social prescribing advisor.
How does it work?
Individuals are referred to a social prescriber who will work with them to discuss their health and well-being. Together they will come up with a plan of action that refers them to community activities that can make them feel happier and healthier. They will support the individual over a time limited period to achieve the goals outlined in the social prescription whilst encouraging and supporting them to self manage their condition(s) and develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles.
