Disclosure of Patient Information
The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and also under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for disclosure of patient information.
This Practice complies with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use your information to provide you with health care services, and share your information with other organisations involved in your care. The Practice does this under the Article 6(1) and Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR. Patients don't need to do anything but we are required to take certain steps such as appointing a Data Protection Office (DPO) and updating our Privacy Notice which explains how we hold, store, use and share data (see below).
